Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)

The systematic process of increasing the percentage of users who complete a desired action.

CRO encompasses all techniques—A/B testing, user research, UX design, copywriting, page speed, trust signals—used to increase the percentage of visitors who complete a desired action, such as a purchase, sign-up, or download. CRO directly improves the efficiency of all marketing spend feeding into a conversion point.
